- Timeline distribution to all vendors at least one week prior to wedding Final vendor confirmations/follow-up
- Oversee and manage wedding day installation
- Coordinate, manage and troubleshoot on your wedding day
- oversee and manage wedding day guests ushering and ceremony line-up
- oversee and manage wedding day guests ushering for reception area
